The company plans to issue shares and pay cash to TS Capital Facility Management Holding Company Limited, Beijing Xinrun Heng Equity Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) collectively holding 65.1521% equity of Jiaxinliheng, as well as Shanghai Xintian Enterprise Management Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership), Shanghai Xinyue Enterprise Management Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership), Shanghai Xinlei Enterprise Management Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership), Shanghai Xinqing Enterprise Management Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership), Shanghai Xinmu Enterprise Management Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership), Shanghai Shengying Enterprise Management Consultation Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) 6 trading parties collectively holding 10% equity of Jiaxinliheng, and plan to issue shares to not more than 35 qualified specific objects to raise matching funds.
