The journalist recently learned from the statistics department of Shanxi Province that the total coalbed methane production in Shanxi Province in the first 8 months of this year reached 9.81 billion cubic meters, exceeding the annual production in 2022, setting a new historical high for the same period, accounting for approximately 81.3% of the national coalbed methane production in the same period.
