According to the Heilongjiang Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision, Liang Xiukun, former director of the Heilongjiang Provincial Medical Security Service Center, is suspected of serious violations of discipline and law. Currently, he is undergoing disciplinary review by the discipline inspection and supervision team of the Heilongjiang Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision stationed in the Provincial Health Committee, as well as investigation by the supervision commission of Nehe City, Qiqihar.
