Recently, the first batch of housing vouchers in Huadu District, Guangzhou, were successfully distributed, and the first housing voucher was successfully redeemed for a property under the Huadu City Investment Group. This marks a key step in promoting the "housing voucher resettlement" model in Huadu District. As one of the first trial projects of the housing voucher resettlement policy in Huadu District, the Yang Er Village and Dongbian Village urban village transformation projects are located at the intersection of Huadu Avenue and the city's axis, adjacent to Guangzhou North Station and Baiyun International Airport, with significant geographical advantages. The project covers a total area of 148.71 hectares, with a total investment exceeding 10.5 billion yuan.
