ST Songfa's major asset restructuring has obtained the approval registration reply from the China Securities Regulatory Commission.

On May 17th, *ST Songfa disclosed in an announcement that the company recently received the approval from the China Securities Regulatory Commission concerning the issuance of shares by Guangdong Songfa Ceramic Co., Ltd. to acquire assets and raise matched funds.
