On May 7th, the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government in Pakistan issued a comprehensive warning instructing all areas to arrange locations, including schools and community halls, as shelters, and requiring the public to stock up on rescue supplies as emergency measures. The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government requested rescue organizations and emergency service departments to ensure the smooth operation of ambulances, fire brigades, and water rescue teams, and instructed civil defense departments to activate the air raid warning system to ensure the public is protected from aerial threats. All non-essential gatherings, sports events, or school activities in the region have been suspended, with school premises being used as emergency shelters or hospitals in case of emergencies.
