Green Tea Group seeks to raise 1.2 billion Hong Kong dollars through a Hong Kong IPO.

According to the announcement from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Green Tea Group plans to issue approximately 168 million shares at a price of HK$7.19 per share. Through calculation, Green Tea Group will raise up to HK$1.2 billion. Trading is expected to begin on May 16th, with Citigroup and CICC as joint sponsors.
