According to the announcement of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Green Tea Group plans to issue approximately 168 million shares at a price of HK$7.19 per share. By calculation, Green Tea Group will raise up to HK$1.2 billion (US$155 million). It is expected to start trading on May 16th, with Citigroup and China International Capital Corporation acting as joint sponsors.
