According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Shanghai Volant Aerospace Technology Co., Ltd. has undergone a change in business registration, with Shanghai SAIC Chuangyuan Venture Capital Partnership Enterprise under SAIC Group being added as a shareholder, and the registered capital increasing to 2.8066 million yuan. Information from Qichacha shows that the company was established in 2021, and its business scope includes: civil aviation pilot training; civil aviation aircraft maintenance; civil aviation aircraft production, etc. According to its official website, Volant is engaged in the research and development of electric vertical take-off and landing aircraft.
