On September 28, 2025, Shanghai Baolong Automotive Technology Co., Ltd. returned part of the unused raised funds used for temporary working capital ahead of schedule based on the progress of the investment projects and fund arrangements. Among them, 150 million yuan was returned on December 3, 2024, 100 million yuan was returned on December 30, 2024, and 100 million yuan was returned on May 20, 2025. As of now, there are still 335 million yuan, 275 million yuan, and 57 million yuan respectively in unused raised funds for temporary working capital that have not been returned, totaling 667 million yuan to be repaid before maturity, and the company will fulfill its disclosure obligations in a timely manner.
