Yan Hanping elected as mayor of Yancheng City, Jiangsu Province.

According to the Jiangsu Provincial Party Committee News, on September 29th, the sixth session of the ninth People's Congress of Yancheng City elected Yan Hanping as the mayor of Yancheng City.
