The party subject to execution is Dalian Wanda Group Co., Ltd., with a frozen equity amount of 8 billion yuan and a frozen period from September 1, 2025 to August 31, 2028. The executing court is Beijing Financial Court. In March of this year, Beijing Wanda Cultural Industry Group was already frozen for 8 billion yuan with a frozen period from March 18, 2025 to March 17, 2028, with the executing court being the Zhengzhou Intermediate People's Court in Henan Province. According to information from Qi Cha Cha, Beijing Wanda Cultural Industry Group Co., Ltd. was established in September 2012. The legal representative is Zhang Chunyuan, with a registered capital of 8 billion yuan, and is wholly owned by Dalian Wanda Group Co., Ltd.
