Today, the Ministry of Public Security announced several typical cases of cracking down on infringement and counterfeiting crimes in accordance with the law. Among them, this year, the Jining Public Security Bureau in Shandong Province cracked down on the series of cases involving the production and sale of counterfeit sanitary products by Liu Mou Tai and others, arresting 18 criminal suspects and seizing 69.4 tons of counterfeit diapers and sanitary napkins on the scene, involving more than 20 million yuan. Investigation revealed that since March 2022, criminal suspects Liu and others established a company, without any production qualifications, purchased substandard products and scraps from multiple diaper and sanitary napkin manufacturers, sorted and packaged them as finished products, processed them into materials such as wood pulp and plastic pellets, and sold them abroad.
