Yangtze River Shipbuilding: Termination of four shipbuilding contracts previously signed with a specific buyer.

Yangtze River Shipbuilding announced that its three subsidiary companies, namely Jiangsu Yangtze River Shipbuilding Group Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Xin Yangtze Shipbuilding Co., Ltd., and Jiangsu Yangzi Xinfu Shipbuilding Co., Ltd., have terminated four shipbuilding contracts with a specific buyer, involving four 50,000-ton MR oil tankers, with a total contract value of approximately 180 million US dollars. The four tankers were originally scheduled to be delivered between 2026 and 2027. Although the aforementioned subsidiary companies had conducted a comprehensive due diligence on the buyer and its shareholders, they decided to terminate the contracts due to certain key information disclosed by the buyer recently.
