More than 500 units from Hunan bring 18,000 job positions to Shanghai to attract talent.

On the morning of September 27th, the Shanghai Exhibition Center was crowded with people as the "Smart Gathering of Hunan, Talent Gathering in Hunan" 2025 Hunan Province Special Job Fair for Promoting Employment and Entrepreneurship of College Graduates was held here, attracting a large number of recent graduates and current students. In order to highlight the effectiveness of the recruitment, the Hunan Province academic assessment "examination room" for state-owned institutions was also moved to the scene of the event. On that morning, Hunan Provincial People's Hospital received a resume from a doctoral student, which was approved by the Department of Human Resources. After on-site assessment, the hospital successfully signed a contract with the student. It is understood that a total of 511 units participated in this recruitment event, providing 17,686 positions, covering state-owned enterprises, public enterprises, and private enterprises, as well as internships and entrepreneur positions. Among them, there are more than 30 "leading" enterprises representing 13 key industrial chains in Hunan, including Blue Think Technology, Sany Heavy Industry, Zoomlion Heavy Industry, Xiangtan Electric Group, Chutian Technology, and Mango TV. There are over 2,800 enterprise positions with an annual salary of over 200,000 yuan, with over 60 positions offering an annual salary of over 500,000 yuan. In terms of job demand, production and technical positions account for nearly 70%, while marketing, sales, service, management, administrative logistics, and other positions account for about 30%.
