On September 27th, the reorganization administrator of Nezha Automobile released an announcement stating that as of the registration deadline, only one potential reorganization investor had submitted the complete registration materials and paid a registration deposit of RMB 50 million as required. However, this potential reorganization investor must submit a written reorganization investment plan that complies with legal requirements and is operationally feasible to the administrator in order to be confirmed as the final reorganization investor. Previously, after Nezha Automobile opened the recruitment of potential reorganization investors, there were numerous registrants. In response, the administrator raised the registration threshold at the beginning of August, requiring a registration deposit of RMB 50 million.
