According to the National Development and Reform Commission, on September 24, Deputy Director of the National Development and Reform Commission, Zhou Haibing, and Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan Kuantrov co-chaired the 22nd video dialogue on industrial and investment cooperation between China and Kazakhstan, in order to implement important consensus between the two countries leaders and further deepen exchanges on industrial and investment cooperation between China and Kazakhstan. Zhou Haibing pointed out that under the strategic guidance of the leaders of the two countries, practical cooperation between China and Kazakhstan has achieved many tangible results and has become a successful example of bilateral investment cooperation. China is willing to continue to expand the field of investment cooperation with Kazakhstan, consolidate advantages in traditional areas such as industry, energy, and minerals, and actively explore cooperation in high-tech fields such as digital economy, artificial intelligence, and Beidou. Kuantrov stated that the mechanism for industrial and investment cooperation between China and Kazakhstan has played an important role in the "golden 30 years" of China-Kazakhstan relations. China, as one of the main sources of investment in Kazakhstan, has seen an increasing number of Chinese enterprises participating in cooperation with Kazakhstan. Kazakhstan is willing to strengthen strategic alignment with China, increase the frequency of exchanges, and further enhance the quality of industrial and investment cooperation.
