The "China Digital Trade Development Report 2025" was released at this year's digital trade fair on September 26. The report shows that in 2024, China's digital delivery service import and export reached 2.9 trillion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 6.5%. In the first half of 2025, China's digital delivery service trade reached 1.5 trillion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 6%. Cross-border e-commerce import and export reached 1.32 trillion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 5.7%, reaching a new historical high. The report mentions that China has significant advantages in digital technology trade, with exports of telecommunications, computers, and information services, as well as other commercial services, ranking among the top globally. The growth rate of digital service trade far exceeds the global average, making China the fastest-growing economy in terms of digital service trade growth worldwide.
