It is essential to invest in people, adapt to industrial changes and the development of new technologies, improve the lifelong vocational training system, implement training actions such as "Skills China" and "Skills Illuminate the Future", and carry out large-scale training. During the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, more than 42 million enterprise employees and over 31 million migrant workers have received subsidized vocational skills training. It is crucial to adhere to employment and market demand orientation, with skills development as the core, and to promote a project-based training model of "job demand + skills training + skills assessment + employment services", creating a distinctive vocational education system. The employment rate of graduates from vocational schools has consistently remained at a high level.
