On September 25th, the first downtown duty-free shop in Chengdu opened in the Chunxi Road business district, divided into taxed and duty-free sections. Duty-free goods account for 45%, targeting travelers with valid entry and exit documents and exit certificates within 60 days, exempting them from import duties, value-added taxes, and consumption taxes; taxed goods account for 55%, open to the general public, and also offering the convenient service of "buy now, return immediately".
