Gansu Energy Chemical Industry Group Co., Ltd. (000552.SZ) intends to acquire 100% equity of Gansu Energy Chemical Industry Coal Storage and Transportation Company.

According to the announcement of Securities Times, Gansu Nenghua (000552.SZ) plans to acquire 100% equity of Gansu Nenghua Coal Storage and Transportation Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Storage Company") held by its related party Gansu Energy Chemical Trading Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Trading Company"). The coal storage and transportation company will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, and the acquisition price for the Storage Company is determined to be 102 million yuan.
