China Transsion Holdings established a low-altitude operating service company in Shenzhen.

According to the Qichacha app, recently, Shenzhen Zongheng Low Altitude Operation Services Co., Ltd. was established with Wang Chen as the legal representative. Its business scope includes: manufacturing of intelligent unmanned aerial vehicles; manufacturing of navigation, surveying, meteorological, and marine special instruments; marine environmental services; general aviation services, etc. According to the equity penetration displayed by Qichacha, the company is indirectly wholly owned by Zongheng Holdings.
