Hunan releases 275 key demand for scientific and technological talents, plans to introduce more than 1,500 high-level talents.

On September 19, the first "Xiangzhi Xiangxing" Conference opened in Changsha. It was announced at the conference that Hunan has identified 275 key demands for scientific and technological talents, with plans to introduce more than 1500 high-level talents including strategic scientists, technological leaders, and young scientific and technological talents. The demand includes 120 units such as universities, research institutes, major innovation platforms, and technology-based enterprises. The demand areas cover a wide range including new generation information technology, new energy, new materials, aerospace technology, life and health, advanced manufacturing, among others. It was announced at the conference that Hunan will provide the best sincerity, policies, and services to support talented individuals in Hunan to display their talents. Priority funding support will be provided. The "Furong Plan" will be implemented deeply, providing precise support according to the type of talent. Top talents will be given comprehensive support of up to 100 million yuan through individual negotiations; one-time living allowances will be provided for newly introduced talents; flexible methods can be adopted to introduce high-level talents who are urgently needed but unable to work full-time in Hunan.
