They will promote more stores to become tax refund stores, promote the advanced practices of Shanghai, Zhejiang, Bank of China, and other regions and institutions to further optimize tax refund services, and promote the realization of "buy now, refund immediately" cross-border mutual recognition to make the new tax refund measures a new driving force for inbound consumption.
