The "JD Mooncake Category 2025 Trend Insight Report" released by JD Supermarket shows that this year consumers plan to purchase an average of over 4 boxes of mooncakes, and their willingness to purchase near the Mid-Autumn Festival has significantly increased. In terms of product types, low-temperature mooncakes have performed particularly well, with overall sales increasing by 73%; in terms of genres, Cantonese, Hong Kong-style, and Suzhou-style mooncakes are still the most popular, with over 60% of surveyed users expressing a preference for Cantonese-style mooncakes.
