Yin Bang announced that Wuxi Xinbang Technology Co., Ltd. holds 115 million shares, accounting for 14.02% of the company's total shares. Due to its own capital needs, it plans to reduce its holdings through centralized bidding within 3 months after 15 trading days from the date of the announcement, of which not more than 8.2192 million shares, accounting for 1% of the company's total share capital, will be sold through centralized bidding, and not more than 16.4384 million shares, accounting for 2% of the company's total share capital, will be sold through block trading. The total number of shares to be reduced is not more than 24.6576 million shares, accounting for 3% of the company's total share capital.
