Hisilicon: One of the controlling shareholders' concerted action persons collectively reduced their holdings of 1.25 million company shares between September 1 and September 12.

Hisilicon announced that one of the company's controlling shareholders, Shen Ping, who is acting in concert with others, sold 1.25 million shares of the company through centralized bidding from September 1 to September 12, 2025, accounting for 0.11% of the total share capital of the company. After the reduction, Shen Ping and another person acting in concert with him, Wang Junmin, collectively hold 448 million shares of the company, and the total shareholding ratio decreased from 40.11% to 40.00%.
