A oil tanker overturned and caught fire in Hunan, causing 2 deaths.

At 12:13 on September 13th, the command center of the Loudi City Brigade in Hunan Province received a report from the public that an oil tanker on the G234 national road in Shibucun, Louxing District, Loudi City overturned and leaked, causing a fire. The Loudi City Fire Rescue Brigade Command Center immediately dispatched forces to the scene for disposal. At 13:38, the fire was extinguished, and 2 people were found dead at the scene, preliminarily identified as driver and passenger.
