Xi'an Railway Bureau launches the first "railway freight certificate" logistics financial service special train.

On September 12th, a special train loaded with 3520 tons of steel left from Hancheng, Shaanxi, heading to Yichang in Hubei and Jining in Shandong. This is the first "railway freight certificate" logistics financial service special train operated by Xi'an Railway Bureau.
