Shanghai Central Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow alert for heavy rain on September 13, 2025 at 18:29. It is expected that in the next 6 hours, the cumulative precipitation in Minhang, Xuhui District, Huangpu District, Pudong, Fengxian, and Jinshan will exceed 80 millimeters. Please strengthen prevention against possible urban waterlogging caused by heavy rain, and make preparations for drainage and flood prevention in low-lying and prone to flooding areas.
