According to the Qichacha app, recently, Shenzhen Zhijue Xinghe Technology Co., Ltd. was established with a registered capital of 10 million yuan. Its business scope includes: sales of artificial intelligence hardware; artificial intelligence entrepreneurship service platform; artificial intelligence public service platform technical consulting services; IoT technology research and development, etc. According to the equity penetration displayed by Qichacha, the company is indirectly wholly owned by Hongjing Technology.
