Huatong Group announced that the company has decided to use part of the raised funds to provide interest-free loans to its subsidiaries to implement the fundraising projects. The specific loan arrangements are as follows: providing up to 759 million yuan to Jixi Huatong Integrated Pig Farm, up to 285 million yuan to Liandu Huatong Core Breeding Pig Farm, and up to 63.2655 million yuan to the 180,000-ton High-grade Livestock and Poultry Feed Project. The purpose of these loans is to ensure the smooth implementation of the fundraising projects, improve the efficiency of fund utilization, and does not change the purpose of the raised funds. The loan period is from the disbursement to the completion of the project, and can be renewed or repaid in advance. The board of directors has authorized the management to sign loan contracts within the approved limits.
