The iPR Limited App News, Cloud Factory (02512.HK) announced that Ms. Lin Zhiqing (Ms. Lin) has informed the board of directors that due to adjustments in work arrangements, she has decided to resign from the position of joint company secretary of the company, effective from May 19, 2025, and will no longer serve as the authorized representative of the company as stipulated in Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the Exchange) and as the company's authorized representative for receiving legal process documents or notifications in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) (legal process agent) after her resignation.
