In the first quarter of this year, the operating income of Shanghai's software and information services industry exceeded 380 billion yuan, an increase of 15.3%, ranking at the forefront nationwide. Shanghai is currently studying and formulating policies and measures to promote the high-quality development of the software and information services industry, which are proposed to include 16 measures in four aspects: stable growth incentives, empowerment of artificial intelligence, cultivation of new drivers of growth, and reduction of costs and burdens for businesses.
