The dormitory building of Shandong Aviation College caught fire, and there were no casualties.

Shandong Aviation Academy reported that at around 9:20 a.m. on May 17, during the construction of the waterproofing on the roof of a dormitory building under construction, the waterproofing material caught fire. The fire was extinguished around 9:40 a.m. with no casualties.
