Wenzhou Municipal Bureau of Statistics, together with Zhejiang Public Numbers and Ant Financial's Ant Financial Services Group, established a public data innovation laboratory.

On May 17, 2025, at the Data Security Development Conference, the Public Data Innovation Laboratory jointly built by the Wenzhou Municipal Data Bureau, Ant Financial, and Zhejiang Gongshu Data Operation Co., Ltd. was officially unveiled at the China Data Security Port.
