The registered capital is 1.28 billion RMB, and the business scope includes R&D of automotive parts, manufacturing of automotive parts and accessories, wholesale of automotive parts, and supply chain management services. Shareholder information indicates that the company is wholly owned by Chery Holding Group Co., Ltd.
