Chengxing Corporation announced that Huaxi Group transferred its 1.06 billion shares of unrestricted circulation stock to Jiangyin Lianying at a price of RMB 511 million through an agreement transfer. Jiangyin Lianying has committed not to reduce its holdings of the company's shares for 18 months from the completion of this equity change. After this equity change, Jiangyin Lianying will hold 1.06 billion shares of the company, accounting for 16.01% of the total share capital, becoming a shareholder with more than 5% of the company.
