According to the Qi Cha Cha app, Shandong Jingjie Pump Industry Technology Co., Ltd. was recently established, with Zhang Hongxin as the legal representative and registered capital of 30 million yuan. Its business scope includes: manufacturing of pumps and vacuum equipment; research and development of mechanical equipment; manufacturing of specialized machinery for water resources; development of intelligent water service systems; manufacturing of motors; research and development of automotive parts; manufacturing of batteries, etc. According to the equity penetration of Qi Cha Cha, the company is wholly owned by Wolong Electric Motor Co., Ltd., which is jointly owned by Hong Kong Wolong Holdings Group Co., Ltd. and Haier Smart Home.
