All 16 cities in Shandong Province have introduced "good house" related technical standards and guidelines, comprehensively improving the quality of housing.

Reporters learned from the "Good House" construction work meeting held on May 14th in Shandong Province that Shandong is currently accelerating the pace of "Good House" construction. All 16 cities in the province have issued relevant technical standards and guidelines for "Good House" to comprehensively improve housing quality. Among them, Jinan has established 7 primary indicators, 20 secondary indicators, and 115 control elements, specifying rigid requirements; Qingdao has taken the lead nationwide in issuing technical guidelines for "Good House" construction, specifying 19 indicators in 5 categories, and issuing 16 supporting documents from land supply, planning, design, construction, inspection, and other aspects; Zibo has innovated the "three-dimensional community" development model; Weifang has established a system of 174 standards for "Good House" in four dimensions, and the province has initially formed a good pattern of coordination and continuous deepening from top to bottom.
