Ganfeng Lithium announced that on August 18, 2026, its holding subsidiary Ganfeng Lithium Battery officially signed the "Partnership Agreement" for the Qiongqicheng Ganfeng Tiantai Venture Capital Partnership with other partners. This time, Ganfeng Lithium Battery subscribed to an investment of 100 million yuan, accounting for 46.2963% of the funds share, changing the total fund size to 216 million yuan. The investment funds are sourced from internal funds, and the partnership will not be included in the companys consolidated financial statements.
