(referred to as "Weidun Crystal Phosphorus") to Liu'an Jinghui Chuangxin Equity Investment Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership). This transaction will be paid in cash. After negotiation and confirmation by both parties, the transfer amount is set at 20 million yuan.
