Red Sun: Nanjing Biochemical Paraquat Facility to Conduct Phase-by-Phase Shutdown and Maintenance

Hongtaiyang announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Nanjing Hongtaiyang Biochemical Co., Ltd., will implement a phased planned shutdown for maintenance of its paraquat facility to eliminate safety hazards associated with production equipment. The first phase of maintenance is scheduled from August 5, 2026, to September 25, 2026, lasting 50 days; the second phase is from December 1, 2026, to December 15, 2026, lasting 15 days. During the maintenance period, the production volume of paraquat products will decline in phases, and related costs will be accounted for in the current period. This will have a slight impact on the company's performance in 2026, but it will not have a significant adverse effect on the main business or ongoing operational capabilities.
