Shouyao Holdings: Change of the Continuing Supervision Sponsor Representative for the Initial Public Offering

Shouyao Holdings announced that the originally appointed representatives for the continuous supervision and sponsorship of the company's initial public offering of stock and listing on the Sci-Tech Innovation Board, Yang Huize and Li Yanzhi of CITIC Construction Investment Securities, will have Wang Hui replace Yang Huize due to his personal job relocation. After the change, the sponsoring representatives are Wang Hui and Li Yanzhi. Currently, the statutory continuous supervision period has expired, but since the company's raised funds have not been fully utilized, the sponsoring agency and the sponsoring representatives will continue to supervise the unfinished matters.
