On April 22, Zhao Yide, the Secretary of the Shaanxi Provincial Party Committee, held talks with Li Bin, the Chairman of the New Vision Group, in Xi'an. Shaanxi will continue to optimize the business environment to create favorable conditions for all types of enterprises to develop in Shaanxi. Li Bin expressed that Shaanxi has abundant scientific and educational resources, solid industrial foundation, and broad application scenarios. The New Vision Group will fully leverage its technical and ecological advantages in the semiconductor, digital economy, and artificial intelligence fields, expand the depth and breadth of cooperation with Shaanxi, and implement more projects to better empower the high-quality development of Shaanxi.
