Three departments: By 2028, more than 300 standards for textile industry diversification adaptation, digital transformation, green low carbon, health and safety will be revised and formulated.

On March 31st, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, and the State Administration for Market Regulation issued the "Action Plan for Standard Leading the Optimization and Upgrading of the Textile Industry." Among them, it was proposed that by 2028, more than 300 standards such as multiple adaptation, digital transformation, green low-carbon, and health and safety will be revised and developed, and the comprehensive supply capacity of textile standards will be greatly improved; accelerate the evaluation of the advancement, applicability, and diffusion of industry scientific and technological achievements, promote the transformation of advanced and applicable scientific and technological achievement standards, strengthen the linkage between standard revision and technological innovation; monitor and analyze the implementation of key standards, steadily improve the quality of standard supply, and make the implementation of standards more effective; revise and develop more than 10 international standards, maintain a continuous conversion rate of international standards at above 85%, and steadily improve domestic and international consistency.
