According to the Qi Cha Cha app, recently, Zhangjiajie Caesar Cultural Tourism Co., Ltd. was established, with Wu Zhenqiu as the legal representative and registered capital of 10 million yuan. Its business scope includes tourism business, accommodation services, catering services, scenic spot management, protection of cultural relics and cultural heritage sites, protection of intangible cultural heritage, etc. According to the equity penetration displayed by Qi Cha Cha, the company is jointly owned by Zhangjiajie China Travel Service Co., Ltd., Caesar Travel Industry's wholly-owned subsidiary Caesar Tongsheng Travel Co., Ltd., etc.
