Guangdong: Facilitating market access for new business formats and new sectors.

On February 2nd, the Development and Reform Commission of Guangdong Province issued the "Work Plan for Optimizing Market-Oriented First-Class Business Environment in Guangdong Province by 2026." The plan proposes to facilitate market access for new formats and fields. It will implement a policy of "non-prohibited unless otherwise specified" outside the negative list for market access, and deeply implement special measures to relax market access in Shenzhen, Hengqin, and Nansha District of Guangzhou.
