On September 29th, Rongqiao Group announced that due to accumulated tax arrears of 651 million yuan, the company received a "Tax Collection Enforcement Decision" from the Tax Bureau of the High-tech Industrial Development Zone of Fuzhou. According to the "Tax Collection Enforcement Decision" issued by the Tax Bureau of the High-tech Industrial Development Zone of Fuzhou up to August 28, 2025, Rongqiao Group Limited Company has accumulated tax arrears of 651,429,107.02 yuan. According to the "List of Sealed Goods, Merchandise, or Other Property" issued by the Fuzhou High-tech Zone Tax Bureau, a total of 1,123 unsold properties of Rongqiao Group have been sealed; based on data obtained by the company as of September 22, 2025, and the "Tax Document Delivery Confirmation", the actual assets sealed amount to approximately 1,111 properties.
