Typhoon "Bolero" makes landfall in the province of H Bnh, Vietnam, causing power outages and disruptions to telecommunications in some areas.

At around 1:30 AM local time on September 29th, Typhoon Bolero made landfall in the vicinity of Hoanh Bo district in Quang Ninh province, Vietnam. With winds reaching 13 levels at the time of landfall, the typhoon also brought heavy rainfall. The typhoon caused a large number of trees to fall, buildings to be damaged, and some areas in Quang Ninh province to experience power outages and disrupted internet connections.
